Puppies are ready to go to their new homes at 8 weeks of age. By this time, they've been weaned, socialized with littermates, and have received their first round of vaccinations. This is the optimal age for bonding and beginning training with your family.

Yes! All of our breeding dogs undergo comprehensive health testing including hip and elbow evaluations (OFA), cardiac exams, and eye certifications (CERF). We only breed dogs that meet or exceed the standards set by the Golden Retriever Club of America. Health clearances are available for review.

Absolutely! We provide a comprehensive 2-year genetic health guarantee covering hip dysplasia, heart conditions, and hereditary eye diseases. If any covered condition is diagnosed, we will work with you to provide a replacement puppy or refund. We stand behind the health of our puppies.

Yes, we encourage visits! Meeting the puppies, seeing our facilities, and observing the parent dogs is an important part of your decision. We schedule visits by appointment to ensure the puppies' safety and our availability to answer your questions. For families who can't visit in person, we offer video calls and send regular updates.

We accept cash, certified checks, bank transfers, and major credit cards. The $500 deposit can be paid via any method, and the remaining balance is due at pickup. We do not accept personal checks for final payment.

We prefer families to pick up their puppies in person for the best bonding experience. However, for out-of-state families, we can arrange professional ground transportation or coordinated flight nanny services for an additional fee. We do not ship puppies as cargo.

While we work hard to ensure every placement is successful, we understand circumstances can change. If for any reason you cannot keep your puppy, we require you to contact us first. We will take the dog back at any age and help find a new home. We never want our puppies to end up in shelters or rescues.
